This very spacious large near new home is located in Ocean Street of North Avoca. With 3 double bedrooms and two separate living areas, there will be plenty of room for your family. The kitchen is very large and modern and has all cooking facilities required to cook up a storm. For those that prefer to cook outside there is also a BBQ on one of the back decks.

The master bedroom has a Super King Size bed and a full size ensuite, the second room has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.

We had a lovely weekend here with our dog who loved the big fully fenced garden and proximity to the beach. The place is pretty well equipped and spacious. We loved massive outdoor deck and the entertainment room with the wide screen TV!
